Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the Kwely platform
• Develop and execute growth strategies to attract and retain clients
• Manage platform partnerships with hotels, restaurants, salons, and car washes
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and satisfaction
• Track platform performance, KPIs, and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in platform management, operations, or digital business growth
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with Rwandan hospitality, service, or digital sector is a plus
