Enterprise applications
Operational systems, portals, workflow and reporting built around the records an organization already keeps.
Pan-African technology and software engineering
LIGHTMGROUP designs, engineers, and delivers enterprise software, digital platforms, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, and intelligent technology solutions for ambitious organizations across Africa.
What we engineer
Each area is a delivery capability. Published project evidence is linked from the service page where we have it.
Operational systems, portals, workflow and reporting built around the records an organization already keeps.
Android, iOS and web products that share accounts, content and administration.
Deployment, Linux hosting, TLS, monitoring, backups and the recovery plan for a system that has to stay online.
Assisted search, drafting and workflow steps inside a product, with a person still able to review the output.
APIs and data exchange so payments, identity, messaging and partner tools meet one source of record.
The first useful release, the interface, and the operating model the organization can run after launch.
Selected work
Three flagship engagements. Scope on this page matches the case study, including where a mobile app is a separate product.
01 · Rwanda
A national membership platform connecting programmes, district networks, students, news and organisation-wide communication.
02 · Rwanda
A public digital platform for Rwanda Women’s Network, covering programmes, resources, impact and communication with partners and communities.
03 · Rwanda
A public website and screening path so families can find autism care, education and guidance in one place. Menya Autisme, the mobile app, is a related product with its own case study.
Engineering expertise
The list is limited to platforms recorded on delivered work or used to run LIGHTMGROUP’s own systems. It is not a catalogue of every tool in the industry.
The public case study records a Django platform, REST APIs, native iOS and Android clients, and production hosting with TLS.
Read the case studyTechnology for African markets
These are design and delivery considerations. They are not a claim that every pattern has been deployed in every African country.
Android and iOS sit beside the website when the phone is the main computer, as on PAM Rwanda and the Menya Autisme app.
Pages, media and tasks are shaped so a modest connection can still finish the next step.
BOHOKA is Kinyarwanda-first. Language is part of the product structure, not a caption added at the end.
Accounts, roles and administration stay in the same system as the public experience.
Membership, district and programme structures can live in one platform without pretending every office is in one building.
APIs, hosting, backups and the next module are planned with the first release so the system can be maintained.
Products and tools
These are separate from client delivery. Availability is stated on each product page.
Public website analysis for reach, clarity, verification, technical readability and how a page identifies the organization.

Build an estimateHow we deliver
Users, records, constraints and the decision the system must support.
The first release, what waits, and how success will be recognized.
Journeys and interface for the people who will actually use it.
Application, mobile, API and infrastructure built as one system.
Review against the agreed paths, roles and failure cases.
Production hosting, TLS, domain and a recovery plan.
Fixes, monitoring and the next module after launch.
Delivery evidence
No anonymous quotes or unverified usage figures are shown here. The evidence is the live scope recorded in each case study.
A membership platform with web, administration and a related native mobile app for the same organization.

BOHOKA only works because the daily teaching, audio and navigation were designed in the language people actually use. A translated English template would have failed in the first week.
Most organizations that come to LIGHTMGROUP do not need a six-month discovery. They need one path a real person can finish, and a team that still answers after launch.
